Customers with Websense Enterprise, Websense Web Security Suite or Websense Content Protection Suite can add Platinum Support to their subscription. During the work week (Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time), this support option provides you with direct, priority access to a designated group of highly-trained and experienced support technicians through a special, toll-free priority number. After hours, your priority support continues with 24/7/365 access to our on-call support technicians. You can always count on quick access to qualified support personnel with Websense.
